You can book on our website (always 10% cheaper), or you can book on an online travel agent such as AirBnB and booking.com

We take payment at booking stage

Confirm
We will confirm your booking instantly by email or SMS/WhatsApp.

Sometimes we require a damage deposit which is refundable
Pre-Arrival

We will ask you to complete a very brief Pre-Arrival form. This is to confirm your identity and to make sure we abide by insurance and licencing regulations
Check in

On the morning of arrival, we will send you all your check in details and guest guide by email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can check in easy. These will only be sent if you have paid, pre-authorised your deposit and completed your Pre-Arrival

Once you check in, you can enjoy your break. Our Guest Relations team are always on standby and can be reached by email, phone, chat etc. We also have an out of hours emergency line if you need it

Check Out...
When your stay comes to an end, we will bid you farewell, send you a promo code for a discounted future stay and if you have been a good guest and not broken anything, we will release your damage deposit
