Here at Assured Stays Management, we offer an end-to-end management service which enables our property owner clients to be completely hands off whilst our team does all the hard work. What makes us different to our competitors is that we are able to offer the full service IN-HOUSE! We don't have to out-source housekeeping or hire in linen (as we have our own housekeeping and linen Company), we don't use a Virtual Assistant Call Centre, because we EMPLOY our own customer service Guest Relations Team. We don't have to rely on third parties to inspect and visit properties because we have our own Property Managers.

Assured Stays Management was founded and is still managed by our founder Harrison Clayton, who comes from a hospitality background and boasts almost 2 decades of Hospitality Management and Consultancy experience, working for local, national and international clients worldwide.... You can be confident that our team has the knowledge, understanding and industry experience to make a success of your short term rental, set up on great foundations and not from a few days property course!

Showcasing your property on line is one of the most important elements of generating bookings. Having clear, crisp, bright professional photos is essential. As a part of your onboarding, our professional photographer will capture your property beautifully, helping us to stand out in a crowded market
24/7 Guest Relations
In the Hospitality sector, guests require help and information around the clock. Whether its check in details, Wi-Fi info, or if they need to report a maintenance problem. Guest Communication is central to ensuring the guest experience is high quality which will drive great reviews and lead to more bookings. Assured have a dedicated, employed Guest Relations Team who work around the clock, assisting and replying to guests when they need us.
Listing Management
We ensure that your property is listed on all the major travel sites such as Booking, AirBnB, Google Vacation Rentals and other major sites aswell as our website and over 20 direct booking sites.
Our team of experts will ensure that your listing is fully optimised and has all the relevant background settings to get maximum exposure to the market and rank higher than competitors
24/7 Owner Portal
We are proud to be using GUESTY, the most premium channel manager on the market today. One of the advantages of our channel manager is that Owners have 24/7 access to how your property is performing, you have visibility on bookings, revenue, reporting and analytical data. The portal also gives you access to important documents and lets you communicate directly with our customer service teams.

Housekeeping & Linen
Assured Stays Management are a part of a small consortium of Companies and we are proud that our sister company is ASSURED CLEAN, a holiday let housekeeping business which provides linen hire, cleaning, consumables and we even have an in-house commercial laundry facility in the North West.

This means that we can provide your housekeeping services at a fixed fee for each changeover and have full control of in-house staff who take care of your property
